It certainly is a glamorous sight. Slowly but surely a lot of the mentioned fashions in previous post are streaming out unto the streets as well. This summer is going to be stellar but for now I would like to pay special attention to the item that pulls all the looks together. I remember when I was a kid I couldn’t wait to get older to wear heels. The higher the better I would say. This was based on rebellion and the fact that I was a shorty. Later I would embrace my shortness and found a deep love and appreciation for flats. This simple chic shoe offers comfort, easy wear and at times a sense of earthiness. Of course flats are available always, however this is time where the styles and looks may even have the sworn stiletto wearer ditch their heels and give these a try. I’ve loved wedges since the first episode I’d ever watched of Three’s Company when Chrissy would prance around in them in her hot shorts. They are fabulous. I love the look, the wear, the feel. If it were up to me they would never go away, ever. They’ve been around for the last few spring seasons and summer so fingers crossed. This season look for high wedges in Sneakers fashion, Espadrilles, Cork and Wood styles. Remember color, color, color and don’t forget metallics.

We should just call this season shoe trend ode to Chrissy because that is who comes to mind every time I see the latest shoe fashions lol. Chunky Heels in all heights and for those of us that love wearing high heels expect them to be higher than ever. This style will be seen as Platform Sandals, Low Heeled Sandals, Clogs, Chunky Wood Shoes, In Stacked heels. I love the look of Chunky Sandals worn with little ankle socks, I don’t know why I just do. I’m completely thrilled to see these available also in a variety of colors. Now be cautioned ladies when wearing the super high heels, I once wore a pair on a cobbled stone street it was like playing hopscotch. They are very comfortable but if in that setting watch out.

Hello lovelies. Hope you all are well and living life to the fullest. In this post special attention is going to go not to a particular look but a color. This color will be a rave for a stint. It’s always had its special place all over the world. I’m talking about a color that means balance, life, growth, harmony. The color of nature and of course this color I speak of is Green. I gave it away in the title post didn’t I, oh well. I can’t tell how much I love the richness and flare of serenity this shade gives off. Its a color that can compliment all, hey if the first skirt was made of leaves I’m willing to bet we can all look great rocking it lol. The earth tones will dominate the coming season, this one will not take a back seat. Add this shade to your look, make others green with envy and remember any shade of green will do.

Blazer’s will be the new spring jacket. Look for Blazers to be worn over tanks, tee’s or nothing at all. Of course they will be paired with pants, jeans and skirts. I personally love to see the blazer paired with shorts as it allows the focus to go directly to the legs since the rest of your body is completely covered. Wear this look with a great pair of shoes and walk with pride in your stride.
