Last post I spoke about Leather/Vegan Leather looks that will be one of the hot items for the coming fall season. Another style or rather pattern that has no plans on taking a backseat in the coming season either will be Plaid. It will be utilized in a number of ways this go around, it’s no longer just a pant or plaid shirt, you will now find ruffled shirts, tiered skirts or even a plaid poncho (like the Ralph Lauren one that I will surely own).

There is something I do in my blogs that some may have already noticed. Almost all of my post will have something that leads into the next one. I previously discussed cutouts as being something you should keep an eye out for along with cropped tops. If you noticed in the Give Me Body post one of the bodysuits had cutouts, nice eh. Well today there is yet another trend that will be surfacing in the fall/winter seasons and I’m hella excited, why?  Because leather has been done but no quite like this and I for one just dig it.

Hello lovelies. Hope you all are well and living life to the fullest. In this post special attention is going to go not to a particular look but a color. This color will be a rave for a stint. It’s always had its special place all over the world. I’m talking about a color that means balance, life, growth, harmony. The color of nature and of course this color I speak of is Green. I gave it away in the title post didn’t I, oh well. I can’t tell how much I love the richness and flare of serenity this shade gives off. Its a color that can compliment all, hey if the first skirt was made of leaves I’m willing to bet we can all look great rocking it lol. The earth tones will dominate the coming season, this one will not take a back seat. Add this shade to your look, make others green with envy and remember any shade of green will do.

Blazer’s will be the new spring jacket. Look for Blazers to be worn over tanks, tee’s or nothing at all. Of course they will be paired with pants, jeans and skirts. I personally love to see the blazer paired with shorts as it allows the focus to go directly to the legs since the rest of your body is completely covered. Wear this look with a great pair of shoes and walk with pride in your stride.

I believe a persons fashion sense does not have to be ignored due to their affinity for a favorite sports team. Thankfully the sports world has taken into consideration that some tomboys grow up to be lovely, fashionable women. We continue to cheer on our team and would do so on a regular basis if some of the apparel were more wearable. Alas we now have team logos found in a number of department stores for women in a number of styles. Who says you have to be at a game to represent your team. This is great especially since Super Bowl Sunday is just around the corner. It the biggest event most look forward too immediately after New Years. Of course some of us may feel a little bummed out because the team we root for will be spectators like the rest of us, but for those whose team is heading toward the ultimate goal party is just beginning. Good day everyone. Today I will take on the world of Accessories. I find my shopping excursions for accessories to be similar to finding art pieces. Accessories can play an intricate part to an ensemble with the ability to make or break any outfit. It can also take you from casually chic to glam in a snap. Whether red skinny belt to a black shirt dress with a wide brim floppy hat or some gold bangles with a pair oversized shades, Accessories can be the thing to pull it together for you. Hope everyone is feeling great. It’s Saturday afternoon and I know some of us have plans for the night, others will just fall into something. However the night pans out be sure to be safe. With that said I know there will be people out there darting out to shops looking for the outfit of the night. While out there you may come across what I believe to be the hottest things on the racks this season – jeans in a variety of colors. Not your typical blue hues, stone wash, not at all. I’m talking fire engine red, steeler yellow, teal, chocolate brown. This is sure to really take off in the spring but if you want to be ahead of the pack I say pick up a pair add some pumps, booties whatever and give your night a flair. Of course if you can’t find them in the stores hit the online malls.
